Darjeeling and Assam are two of the most renowned Tea-producing regions in India, their teas revered for the delicate and bold flavor profiles, invigorating aromas, and strength. What are the health benefits of Black Tea ?

What is the best way to make Black Teas?

The best way to make a perfect cup of signature black tea is to get 200ml of freshly-filtered water to a boil (90-100 degrees celsius) and add 2 grams (0.07 oz) of your favorite black tea to it. Switch off the heat, cover it, and let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes depending on how strong you like your cup to be. Strain into a cup and sip while hot! The best time to have a cup of black tea is the morning or early evening. Since black tea has considerable caffeine (lesser than coffee) and hence should be avoided before bedtime. Is Black Tea rich in antioxidants?
