    What is the body and lid of the bottle made of?

    The body is made up of high quality, rust-resistant 18/8 Foodgrade Stainless Steel material. It will never rust or leave a bad metal taste in your mouth. The lid is made up of BPA Free plastic. The lid comes with slider functionality i.e. opens and closes that enable to drink with ease and convenience. Our Bottle is reusable providing an eco-friendly alternative to single-use plastic water bottles.

    How does the drink remain hot or cold for hours?

    Our bottle is engineered with double-wall vacuum insulation technology that creates an airless space between two walls, eliminating the convection and the temperature change. This helps to keep the drink hot for 3 hours (>42°C) and cold for 6 hours (< 10°C).

    Is the Bottle dishwasher safe?

    Our product is safe to be used in the Dishwasher. Wash it as per your convenience - either with hands or in a dishwasher.

    Is the Bottle Microwave/Refrigerator safe?

    Never place our Bottle in the microwave as this could cause damage to the product and/or the microwave. We also do not recommend placing the product in the refrigerator or freezer as this could negatively affect the internal properties of the product.

    Is the Bottle Leak-Proof?

    Yes. Our Bottle is leakproof. It is splash resistant which means it will keep the drink in place over a speed bump. Also, if it is flipped upside down or held at a titled angle, the liquid will not spill out.

    Will the Bottle sweat?

    Not at all. The Double Wall Vacuum Insulation technology will ensure that the outside of our Bottle is condensation free.

    What is the warranty on the Vitality Flip Bottle?

    We offer a one-year limited warranty on the product purchased from our brand website. The warranty covers thermal performance issues and is not applicable to any external damage caused to the product. If you receive a defective product, we will ship you a free replacement.
