Organizer
1. Vahdam Teas Global INC. is organizing a contest “TRIP TO INDIA with VAHDAM INDIA”.

Eligibility to avail the Offer: -
The contest is open to anyone who is a resident of USA and must be a real person, at least 18 years old and permanently resides in the United States (proof of address and age may be required)

Participation in the contest is free of charge and independent of any purchase or the utilization of such services.

Entrants must not be our employee, officer or agent, or an employee, officer or agent of any person or organization involved in the running of the contest, and must not be a family relation of any such person.

Entrants are solely responsible for any costs arising for the costs, should such costs lie beyond the control of Vahdam. (such as the entrant's personal online access, for

example).


Qualification: -
Entrants need to scan the QR code given on the Founder’s letter which will lead them to a page where they need to register themselves to win a 5 day Trip to India.

Entrants must have made a purchase in the past from VAHDAM India.


Disqualification
Eligible entrants must provide the correct contact details ( Name, address, email-id, contact

number, bank account details, etc.). Vahdam is entitled to exclude entrants from the contests if justified reasons exist, such as

the violation of the terms and conditions of entrance, influencing the contents, or manipulation.

Offensive Remark to the public e.g. racism, political, religious, violence, foul language & hate speech.

Obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, discriminatory & defamatory.

Illegal or unauthorized copy of another’s work/ property.

Entrants who are entered automatically, i.e. by bots or other technical means, will also be disqualified from the contest.

In the event of a reason for exclusion from the contest, prizes may be withdrawn retroactively and any prizes that have already been paid out or delivered reclaimed.

Contest Period
Vahdam Contest # “TRIP TO INDIA with VAHDAM INDIA” # will run from 00:00:00 on 20th Dec 2022 to 23:59:59 10th Jan 2023 (“Contest Period”). Organizer reserves the right to extend the end date of the Contest.

Result will be announced after 10 days from the campaign end date on @VahdamIndia's Instagram handle.

The contest shall be promoted and communicated by VAHDAM India on all social media channels, owned media, blogs, website and other platforms. However, participation shall happen through the QR code given on the founder’s letter only.
It shall open for entries at the time and on the date specified on our website and/or social media channels, and similarly, shall close to entries at the time and on the date specified on our website and social media channels. Unless otherwise stated, these

times and dates are set to those for EST.

Any entries received before the opening or after the closing of the contest will be invalid and will not be entered into the contest.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the contest will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by us.

In case of any disputes or issues arising out of this contest, the courts of competent jurisdiction at New York, United States shall have an exclusive jurisdiction.




Prize: -
Winner shall be entitled for round trip flight tickets (Economy Class) for “2” (two) people. (USA to India & India to USA)

No substitution, replacement of or modifications to the prize requested by eligible participants will be entertained. The Organizer reserves the sole right to decide the prize.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners shall be solely & fully responsible for the exclusions listed above & all the taxes, fees, surcharge or liabilities arising from or in connection with the contest & the Prize he or she has won.

Winner should have a valid passport along with a valid visa & other travel documents at the time of booking of tickets.

Judging
Contest entries shall be judged or winners selected on the basis of those criteria specified on our website and/or social media channels in relation to the contest.

If a contest entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements or is subject to any entry restrictions, that entrant shall not be entitled to be adjudged a winner, and will not be entitled to a prize in any circumstances.

Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Company reserves the right to change the winner selection method at its sole discretion.

All decisions made by the company in relation to the contests including but not limited to the processes, selection of the winner are final & conclusive. No further queries or appeal shall be entertained.

The contests and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any

disputes will be subject to the Entry into the contest will be deemed as acceptance of all of these terms and conditions.

Redemption: -
The prize is subject to the terms & conditions as stipulated by the organizer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Organizer excludes its responsibilities & all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation or delay or changes or modification to the

prizes or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer’s control such as a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control.

Winners are requested to redeem their prizes within 12 months from the date of

notification by the organizer. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize & no refund appeal will be accepted for any unclaimed prizes.

A replacement winner may be selected at the absolute discretion of the organizer. In

case organizer is unable to verify the buyer due to any unforeseeable factors, inaccurate information or inadequate info provided, the winner’ entitlement to the prize will be forfeited & replaced by the other winner.

Visuals of the prize shown in advertisement purpose, promotional publicity & Other materials relating to the contest are solely for illustration purpose & may not depict the actual prize.

General Terms & Conditions
By participating in the contest, the eligible entrants agrees to release the Organizer, their representatives, employees, directors, officers, agents, parent or its affiliates from any

liability, losses, damages, rights, injuries and any other kind of claims in connection with the contest.

Participation in the contest constitutes full & unconditional acceptance to all T&C’s.

Organizer doesn’t accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the internet or other Technical issues. Proof of uploading is not the final proof.



Declaration: -
I have read & understood the terms & agreements to the contests & I agree that by my

participation in the Contest, it is deemed that I have unconditionally accept the T&C & I agree to fully comply with them & consent to processing of my personal information for the purpose of

the Contest & to be used in the manner as described above. I agree to release the organizer, their representatives, employees, directors, officers, agents, affiliates, parent & subsidiary
