Drift Mug for Grandpa

Do not use the mug in the microwave as this could cause damage to the product and/or the microwave. We also do not recommend refrigerating the mug or using it in the freezer as this could negatively affect the internal properties of the product.

For most drinkware and teaware, hand washing with warm, soapy water is recommended. Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh cleaning agents that can damage the surface. For items labeled as dishwasher-safe, place them on the top rack to avoid high heat exposure.

We offer a one-year limited warranty on the products purchased from our brand website. The warranty covers thermal performance issues and does not apply to any external damage caused to the product. If you receive a defective product, we will ship you a replacement for free.
